Installing block heater 317 skidsteer access

I have purchased a block heater for a 317 Jd skidsteer, but access to install is impossible even after removing rh sideshield. There is too much in the way to even get your hand to the installed location. You can see the location but that is all.

If I raise the operator cage can I then obtain access to the area from the front to install the heater? Hopefully someone has done it... Any other ideas?

I know you have to remove the expansion or soft plug and the heater is installed with an o-ring in the bore and held there with a bracket and one bolt.

Access is a lot simple with the operators station raised. It's only two nuts to remove to raise it.

Thanks. Did raise the cage. Got heater installed, but final retention required two of us. I held in place laying horizontal and wife using 18" of extensions to tighten bolt.
Not easy for 70, 75 year olds.
