Going to split the 3020 tomorrow. Clutch won't disengage. Not all that old, must be a nut or part of a dampener spring. You're right as in not really seeing where the leak originates. I hope for us this is repairable........Ron

Are you sure the disk isn't stuck to the flywheel? Just did a 3020 that was stuck and freed it up through the timing cover with a prybar and the pedal held down.

When this happened, drove it in the yard, backed it up. About 3 days later went to use it and the pedal didn't feel right as it would not go down as much as it did before. Started it in park and couldn't get it in any gear. PTO seems to work OK. New rebuilt clutch assembly from JD and a kevlar lined traction disk about 500 hours ago........Ron
