1969 JD 4020 Sloppy Steering

I have attached a few pics and actually posted a 14 second video also that you can watch. Towards the end of the video it is very clear what problem I am trying to solve.

If I turn the steering wheel right and left, you can see the arm in the picture move quite a bit before the right wheel moves. So if you pay attention you can see the right wheel pointed to the right while the left is going straight.

In the picture I have drawn an arrow on the part that can move back and forth without the wheel moving.

I have not disassembled anything yet, I assume there is some splined top or bottom that is getting sloppy.

Thoughts on where to start and what to look for.

Splines on the steering arm usually wear out. I have replaced at least one on my 4020. Can get aftermarket at reasonable price. I
have tried shimming them up and it will usually last for a while but not worth the effort. Just get a new one. Make sure it is
clamped on tight.
