Yes. D2628R is the starter (or inside) weight for pressed steel wheels and is intended for your "B". This application is shown in the AC-1000 catalog, "Attachments for John Deere Tractors and Engines".

According to the AC-1000 catalog, the D2628R weights are 150 LBS apiece. This probably includes the fastening bolts since the Master Parts Index says D2628R is 147 LBS. AC-1000 says the Auxiliary weight is 142 LBS each. Interestingly, the MPI states the Auxiliary weight is 147.70 LBS.... Anyway, they're obviously somewhere in that range.

I don't know, and I'm definitely not an expert about weights. A person who is doing research about Deere weights is not certain there is a true "Deere" D2381R auxiliary weight exists - he suspects it may be Deere's number for the F&H W-162 auxiliary weight, which are quite common. F&H originally furnished weights for Deere tractors (as well as spoked wheels), and F&H made a starter (inside) weight with a cast-in part number "DP2628" along with their F&H logo. It would be interesting if anyone knows about the existence of a weight with a "D2381R" cast-in part number...
