John Deere 2150 (shifting question)

Hi All,
I have a JD 2150 with a TSS/MFWD transmission. The low speed, high speed and reverse shifter seems to be having trouble going into gear smoothly. I go from low to reverse often and shifting gets sticky and grinds sometimes. It doesn't matter if I am setting still or barely moving.
I have looked in the side port and can't find a grease cert. Sometimes when I pump the clutch it shifts smoothly. Any ideals?

Thanks Matt K.

Does clutch operating pedal have correct free travel? It's possible traction clutch is warped/pilot brg is faulty or maybe a pressure plate operating bolt has broken. I suggest to remove round inspection plug to view pressure plate operating bolts.
