John Deere 2755 clutch

Have a 2755 with TSS transmission. Hard to get into gear on the range selector. Could the release bearing be te probelm? The clutch does not slip when under a load.

Open station or cab model? Input shaft continuing to turn when clutch pedal is depressed could be faulty pilot brg or warped clutch disk. Cab model has hyd operated clutch mechanism that could be low on brake fluid.

My 2755 with cab did a similar thing the master cylinder was at the full mark but the master cylinder seals was bad and bypassing. A new
master cylinder fixed the problem or you may be able to rebuild it.

A 2755 with a cab has a master cylinder under the dash and slave cylinder in at the release bearing. Bleeding it all can be a challenge. If the slave is leaking it'll require a split and replacement of the cylinder assembly.
