4020 fuel issue

Hello all, first post here, we have a old 4020 that wouldn't start last summer, we ignored it and used other equipment for haying.
We look at it this year and transfer pump is gone, no output at all.
Replace transfer pump, get all air out of filters, fuel right to injector pump. Nothing to the injecters, cracked all lines and nothing anywhere. I guess theoretically both pumps could go but what are the chances. The transfer pump was definitely gone. Not sure where to go from here anybody have any ideas or suggestions for us to try. The injecter pump is a dbgvc 633-5aj

Welcome to the site, there is a lot of good info on here.. for your issue try fluttering the foot throttle a bunch as rapidly as you can then try to start it, I have seen this help after they have set a while,,it will Jigger things loose in the in the inner linkage...

Injection pump MIGHT have stuck internal parts from setting awhile unused, any traces of water in fuel, or bio diesel will stick the metering valve, rotor plungers, delivery valve, etc. I see this problem a lot on pumps in for repair anymore. Just got in a Bosch A size Case with stuck plungers yesterday..
