John Deere 1450 injection pump

Have a John Deere 1450 tractor, Yanmar engine; tractor sat a number of years. Will run wide open and have to cut air supply off to shut down. It is a 4 cylinder diesel. Need an injection pump, have taken old pump to rebuilder; some parts are obsolete. Need help finding rebuilder or good pump. Tractor to nice to JUNK!!!

A friend of mine is a Yanmar engine dealer. He may be a better source for pump parts since he has a pump room. My e=mail is open.

Try these guys. They fixed one on a 2020 JD that all the other shops said was obsolete too.

I'm not sure, but think there's an electric fuel shut off solenoid that is used to shut the engine off.
