Deere 5425 FWA issue

I have a neighbor with a 5425, the FWA is
on all the time until you shut the tractor
off, after starting it again and driving
for about 45 seconds it engages the FWA
all on its own and the switch is off.
What's going on here?

MFWD solenoid is faulty or not receiving 12 volts. When solenoid receives 12 volts then MFWD is disengaged
