4430 SCV Barrel Removal for ISO(Pioneer Couplers)

Wondering what you guys use to get external snap ring out to remove barrels? I managed to get them out today and was going to try the Grove conversion on this scv. Took a little time and lots of patience. Just wondering what you all use that might make it easier. Very sharp thin pic?

It's not a real tough deal with a couple of SHARP picks or sharpened small screwdrivers.

The idea here is SHARP so you can work the pick or screwdriver under the snapring.

The SHARP tools also come in handy for bloodletting from your fingers if they slip and stab you!

I drive the roll pins out of the handles and drive the shaft out through the top,the cover needs to come off to do this.
