Loader Joystick

Hey Ya'll
I have a 2150 with a 540 loader and the joystick is getting pretty tight and sticky. Can a guy put a different style on the tractor or does it have to be a cable type?

More than likely you can fix what you have (lube or replace cables) for a LOT less than the cost of changing out the whole setup.

Cable lube for motorcycle and bicycle cables might work. Those are often wax based so they don't attract dirt like some petroleum lubricants often do.

look real close at your loader valve handle, it gets dry inside it..I took mine apart and greased it about 5 years ago...I also have another that was hard and the valve had a cap on end of loader and it was rusty inside, cleaned it up, this was after buying a new cable..Check good before buying cables..
