Push on clip to release pressure on filter,R&R filter open bleeder screw at the top of filter base,pump lever on transfer pump on the side of engine until air free comes out then tighten bleeder screw & start engine. If fuel pump lever has no resistance bump engine crankshaft to get camshaft off high lobe.

You're welcome. IMHO those are the best & easiest to change fuel filters utilized on diesel powered farm equipment
