JD Disc Identification

Can anyone tell me if this disc is for certain a JD disc? It is obviously old, and all the part numbers on it start with KKxxxx. I am thinking KK is a prefix for a JD disc part number. I can not find a JD anywhere on the disc, or on any of the castings.

Possibly pre-Deere? Thanks for any input - Bob
