Pry off the round inspection cover beneath where the line enters the clutch housing and you will be able to see where the "power steering supply line" (AKA power steering pressure line) connects to the hydraulic pump cleverly hidden in the clutch housing!

Hose is Key # 36 at the link below. (AT16192, about $165.00!)

Yes, if you looked at the parts diagram I linked you can see the hose and the grommet (38 and 39).

In my experience you will be crabby by the time you get the hose R+R'd from the hydraulic pump!

I'm following you now. I have to get that inspection cover off and get the other 1/3 of the hose out there so I can see if I can get somebody to make me a setup.

I guess I've paid more for less, so if I have to buy OEM...

Now let's see if i can get to that fitting... Many thanks, really appreciate it!

Update. Got the other end of the hose off yesterday. It turned out not to be too bad. A crowfoot wrench and indexing ratchet did the trick.

I elected to have a local hydraulic hose company make me a new assembly for $85 rather than paying almost $200 for the Deere OEM. Of course the new one isn't painted green...

Thanks to wire out and all the others who responded with help. Now I just have to get it all back together again.
