GP blowing blue smoke once in awhile

I picked up a 1930 GP a few months ago. I have not had a chance to run it much but got mag and carb rebuilt. It is running better each time I run it but it puts our a puff of blue smoke every 10 or fifteen seconds. Not a steady stream but just occasionally. Acts like it want to run on one cylinder once in awhile two. Any trouble shooting ideas would be appreciated.

What do the plugs look like? I would clean them or replace and see if it runs better. My GP would do that occasionally and I could clean plugs and it would run perfect.it prolly needs running more than anything. Could have too much oil in the valve compartment on top of the engine. That hold 1 quart when changing it. Larry
