2013 825 i suddenly faltered and quit running. Started it up once briefly but now won"t start and making a wining hum under drivers seat from in- tank fuel pump. Spark arrestor looks
clean(and resists removal!). In -line fuel filter removed and replaced with new one and old one seemed ok in that i could blow air freely thru it. However now,after replacing fuel filter the
unit started up and is running( I drove it about a mile but cpuld not get it above 34mph and top speed is supposed to be 44mph.It is currently running and the fuel pump is still making a
steady wine or loud hum sound under the seat.Dealer says to bring it in cause their could be an "electrical"problem with a sender switch or flux capacitor or such. fuel pump without
striker and pick up is $160 US. does anyone think this could be something other than the fuel pump.Thanx Brad S.
