G 127 D on the left end, the square hole is 1-3/4 inches. A rockshaft is 1-3/8.

I'm going to make a guess. Maybe to have a cable attached to raise
a #5 mower sickle.

I posted about this yesterday. My father in law had a pair of these to cable lift the home built snow plow. I was wondering what they are for because the squares are much larger than the rockshaft on the model A. Thinking lift arm for a larger tractor or some kind of actuating lever off an implement.
