What is it

I know this is not a tractor but does anyone have any idea what this thing is? It?s about 26? long over all and the the metal pieces cover about 16? in the middle section.
Pictures aren?t the best but it?s all I have now. Thanks for your comments.

The only thing that comes to mind, is some sort of threshing apparatus. Something to drag wheat over, to thresh out the grain?
Can you give any other hint? Farm related, or railroad related, or old ice house, or farm animals? Any other hint?

The metal appears to be cupped for carrying something, sort on the principal of a grain leg.
