Lift arm, unkown

I have a pair of lift arms off my A that my father in law used for a home built cable lift show plow. The hole for the rockshaft end is too big for the A power trol and he put 1/4 steel spacers on two sides. They are a "+" shaped cross section and tapered. Number on them is "G 127 D" and I can't find it in the parts search, doesn't seem to work like the old where used feature did. I'm trying to figure out what they were for. Maybe a later model with a larger shaft?
