2010 battery access

This might be the worlds dumbest question, but how am i supposed to get to the battery on a 2010 after a (720) loader has been installed? The two main 3/4" supply/return hoses come out of the control valve right past the battery compartment, and there is not nearly enough slack or wiggle room to have any hope of sliding the tray (or battery) out far enough to actually work with it. Things looks to be in order; the hoses are nominally the correct length, and everything seems to be installed and routed to the right spots, but as it stands, taking the battery in or out means either pulling the gas tank to get at it from above, or temporarily unbolting the control valve itself.

Is this actually how it's intended to be, or am i just being stupid?

I do not know. An old 2010 with a new 720 loader must be rare. Do you mind posting a picture?

it is indeed the industrial version of both. Does this look right?

Yep, right as rain. I used to pull each one down and tie it off till i could raise the battery up over the top of them and wriggle it out. Just don't let the positive post hit the bottom of the fuel tank.
