4430 Complete wire diagram

hey guys im having many issues with a 4430.
Wonderful world of wiring.
I think its in the bulkhead at the cab.
I was wondering if anyone had a complete wiring diagram for an early serial number 4430 Black and white is fine or color is even better and printable is even better yet.

Im thinking about replacing that bulkhead connector with some new weather tight connectors Looking at deutsch connectors to do away with these issues. Just wanting to get your thoughts and ideas and trying to find a wire diagram.

Thanks in advance.

Have you checked to be sure the nuts that hold circuit breakers to plastic bracket that contains circuit breakers are tight? Loose electrical connections on circuit breakers causes heat which make bad connections worse. Circuit breaker bracket is located in frt of dash on LH side accessed by removing metal cowling.

JD 4430 tech manual should contain the wiring diagram you're inquiring about.

Yes I Have checked those.

My voltage drop tests through that bulk head connector shows that the powers/grounds/signals aren't getting through those terminals. Plus they are all green/black and corroded.

That's the reason why I want to replace that bulk head with a weather tight connector so this issue cannot happen again.

As TxJim posted a 4430 Technical manual will have the diagrams you need. I don't have one but there are some technical manuals for similar tractors (4230,4440, 4040, 4240) you can download for free at this site https://archive.org/details/John_Deere_Company. Click on the link and it should take you to the site. There maybe something there that might help you. Depending on serial number its between $150 and $220 for a download of a 4430 technical manual from the JD site, if you are going to have that tractor around for the future.
