A friend of mine was just given John Deere H that the engine was partially taken apart. The story is the owner( now dead)
took the cylinder to a machine shop to be bored. He died and then the shop keep the cyl around for over a year then scraped it. Now the estate is cleaning out and my friend got the tractor. He now needs to find a cylinder. I looked it over and most of the rest of the engine seems to be there.
What fits and where do we look?

Not sure what he is all into right now. Last time I was there he had a pretty large inventory of parts for the 2 cyl's.
