Back on Page 12 or 13 I posted on 12/16/19 , a question about engine cylinder liners/sleeve O-rings that were leaking coolant into the crankcase.
Now that it's torn down, I find O-ring failure. Looks as if a razor blade was used to cut the O-rings into segments.with gaps all the way around. They were purchased thru Deere, now several years old. So, Did I get bogus O-rings? Or some chemical reaction with Oil or Coolant caused this? What do I do to assure that it doesn't happen again?
