We have one that keeps blowing a fuse as trying to start it. I do not see any pinched or ground out wires, any ideas??

That's an interesting/unusual/uncommon problem, IMHO.
At least two very different starters and (IIRC) 3 or more wiring systems were used over the production run of the 318's.
For you to expect any sort of helpful (free) advice here you need to post a serial number and details to identify exactly WHICH fuse is blowing, IMHO.
