I picked up a JD LA Very hard to get steel metal off starter switch sticking straight out side hole 9 O' clock.
I took starter off and opened it see there is many holes to rotate cover for screws and alignment stud.
None of the hole would allow switch to point at 7-8 O'clock as I see in many pictures.
Right now I have it at 10-11 O'clock witch should allow hood to go on with out hitting.
Does this LA have the wrong starter on it? Can someone tell me? thanks Oldiron29
