7810 clogging hydraulic screen and filters

Kind of long. Bought used 7810 with 9200 hours 3 years ago, after 5 or 6 months trans started slipping and clogging hydraulic and trans filters. It was late November and was sent to local Deere dealers shop, two months and $15500 later we get tractor back and everything is supposed to be good. Rebuilt power quad transmission new fluid and filters. In May started chopping alfalfa and we used tractor to road run wagons 3 miles to where we were filling bags. After 2 days filter lights start flashing, call dealer and shop foreman said to change filters because its normal for new linings to shed some material. Seems good all summer doing field work and round baling probably 220 hours, start chopping corn and use it hauling wagons, filling siloes and bags for customers and at home farm lights start flashing so change filters. Last spring spreading manure and disking it in the corn ground lights start flashing again. This time dealer sends tech down to check things out. He changes filters and drains transmission case, when he pulls screen there's fiber goo and pieces of linings all over screen. Of course its out of warranty and they said fluid had water in it. Refills with deere oil and says we're good to go, only charged for filters and oil no service call or time. Normal field work this summer and everything is great. Start chopping corn and doing custom work and lights start flashing. change filters and all seems good . Last week we got it out of the shed and ran about 12 miles when we got back it wouldn't back into the shed, no reverse. Checked screen and big chunks of fiber 1 and 2 inches and black goo. Dealer is working up an estimate for repairs and thinks it's the water in the hydraulics that caused problems and it was reverse pac that was going to pieces. Looking for similar 7810 stories and solutions for a tractor with 10000 hours.

just a suggestion but sounds like everytime you use the pto to chop corn or run the silo blower or wagon unloaders its the problem.
maybe its the pto clutches coming apart. them cuttings/ facings could be going down into the bottom of the rear end and plugging up the screen.
it is probably the easiest thing to pull apart if the dealer did not check that when they did the transmission rebuild.
i would pull the back end off and check the pto.
also make darn sure your pto shafts are not to long when you put them onto the tractor and drive in and out of the steep ditches. this will put strain on your pto
and actually do major damage if they bottom out instead of having enough telescoping action.
pulling off the back pto housing to check the clutch packs and unit is about the easiest start. then like tim says maybe your brake pads are letting go. this requires
pulling axle housings.
please let us know what you find out
good luck

Even though the brakes may be detonating you won't feel or hear a lot of difference. Those components really hate water

First what was wrong with it the first time (what pack faild). If it did get water in it I hope you found out where it came from that needs to get figured out. And what do you mean by goo is it just clutch material or is it like snot.

I think it was dampener clutch let go, nothing worked before they went through trans.
Powdered fiber material and pieces.

I had same issues with a 8640 kept clogging the filter screen in the clutch housing. Perma clutch was coming apart, big and small chunks of fibre material everywhere throughout the clutch housing.
