sabatoge of 3 point hitch ?

I TOOK my 4020 TO AUCTION, all hydraulics working. No sale. Brought home but now 3 point hitch does not work. FEL still works.

So, wondering, did someone at sale do something to make 3ph inoperative, maybe trying to buy tractor cheap on auction ?

Any ideas how that could be done?

Ideas what to check? (yes, we have checked fluid)

Have you moved the L-L/D-D lever around to see if it makes a difference?
Is it early style w/ cable control, or side console?

Ditto what Bob stated about changing location of L/D control lever under seat.
