1982 JD750 with almost 2600 hrs. I think we finally had our first breakdown ! Dad said it was making a noise so he put it in the building and shut it down. I go over there today and it fires right up and sounds "normal" Just like when you take your car to the garage and they can't find anything. LOL. Loosened the fan belt up. Fan has some wiggle in it and the water pump bearing seems to make some noise ? So I'm pretty sure the water pump is starting to go.
