John Deere model B tractor

Hi, I can sure use some help
I m trying to convert 1944 model B from hand crank to electric start. I changed the flywheel I changed the crank cover but I can t find any starter that will fit this mount. See attached photos
Any ideas?

I think you need a flywheel and starter from an early styled tractor. You have an early styled tractor with a late styled flywheel.
 
A starter for an H is #1109600 and the drive spins from the outside in while a 1107445 drive spins from the inside out on the armature shaft and has much larger windings. Not enough cranking power for an H starter to turn a B over to start. IMO
 
boaz If you don't care about it being original you can use a gear reduction starter. I think this is the right one. Deleted my bookmarks for the starters. 10 tooth and 40 mm gear. Use them on our pulling tractors. Lynn

Thank you all for all the support. I ordered a starter let s see if it s going to work with the flywheel I have. I don t care if it s original Just want it to work. .

My new challenge.. the hydraulic lift is stuck in the up position. I added oil pushed the pedal it went up. And won t come down.
Any ideas what can it be ?
