Scrap price around here, sometimes they do not even bring a single bid at auction. Acquired a 200 series cultivator recently for $25 and that was paid as incentive for the owner of the tractor it went with to take all the attaching parts off his tractor.

A 2 row wide, 38-40" rows, maybe $25-$50 depending on condition. A nice 4 row wide $150 to $250 depending on condition and optional parts. The BTO I worked for in high school had a 6 row 30 inch row cultivator he put on his 520. It worked the tractor pretty hard but he got over all his beans every year. His "690" bean planter was home-made but his cultivator looked factory. He normally never cultivated his 4-38" corn.

Now days I bet everything is 30" rows. Probably 12 row planter, 6 row corn head.
