J9hn Deere D Clutch linkage

I have a bad worn 1937 D clutch, I replaced the 1/2 diameter pins with 9/16 diameter pins and a new pivot pin.
The problem is the complete part of the clutch operating assembly that mounts with 4 bolt.
My son says he new of a shop who rebuilt this part, he don"t remember who it was. The pulley brake is part of this item, the complete assembly is totally worn pout.
Any idea who it is who rebuild it? THANKS
