I've been having trouble getting parts from my local dealer. Ordered a hyd pump and some bushings for the steering arms last Wednesday and as of yet they haven't shown up.

A lot of that going around....I have a designated parts person that I e-mail my list to,, she works the list and replys to me in about 15 minutes..If I would do it with any of the others in the parts system it would be a couple days before it was acknowledged..

Never have any problem getting JD parts. If it isn't on the shelf it is usually there the next day, unless it has to be back ordered, which is rare.

That is because you are working with a female they respond a lot better and quicker than a man.This is what I have seen over the years.

As we are talking about Deere parts I am working on a little Yanmar engine that needs glow plugs the Deere M87919 Glow Plug sells for $41.87 it is a NGK 2031,,auto Zone has the exact same thing for $8.56...I pays to Google...
