Is thing made for a the chaps across the pond ? No
roof mounted flashers but in the fenders ? Also
looks like a bigger rear fender or mud guard

Inside duals and fronts look to be that off style from
the American tires of the time ? T

Yes. Some countries didn't allow flashing lights in top.
Also had fender extensions. Notice handle on rear window.
Probably swung way out on shocks. Some were split and slid.
Would also have to have a parking brake.

Yes, EU tractors had:
Mecanical Parking brake (lever on right of dash, not a bad thing if your hydraulic quits)

Lower suitcase weight and weight support
Lower front road lights
No flasher on the roof starting in 1987 (early 50 series had it, lates did not)
Short axles
Rotary beacons
Fender extensions for Germany only
Pneumatic trailer brakes (Germany)
Hydraulic trailer brakes valve (most of EU)
Special support for rear lights
Turning lights and marker lights mounted instead of the outer cab work light (55 series), or on the front fenders (50 series)
Rear lower links with "automatic" hooks
Side screens with black painted wiremesh to prevent idi**** from putting their hands in the alternator and the fan belt

I often prefer look of the US versions, but for the Deere 50 to 55, I think that the lower front weights are really making the 4650s MFWD look very good.
