JD 7410 Exhaust pipe fix. Help!!!!

7410 side exhaust pipe gave up last winter. More specific it cracked at the flange/connection to the muffler and shimmied it's way out of the clamp. Getting the clamp off and the flanges lined up again was a nightmare in the cold, but we did it as good as we could considering.
Now a couple months later the exhaust pipe broke off completely about 1 1/2 inches below the muffler clamp. Getting a new exhaust pipe is out of the question, not for the kind of money John Deere is asking for it.
Has anyone attempted a fix on an exhaust pipe like that? There isn't really any space to use a straight pipe and ordinary muffler clamps. And the exhaust pipe, where it broke off, isn't just a single pipe, but rather an inner and outer pipe just above the curve going away from the engine block.
Really don't like the set up of this specific exhaust.

well i had the same problem with a 7800 and a 7810
i ended up buying a new pipe for each tractor.
both tractors have around 4000 hours on them.
this is the problems with them told by the service manager from jd
the pipe was made to thin, the clamp comes off and the pipe disconnects. just like yours did.
yes you can get it back on for a temp. fix but thats all it is temperary.
problem is that you dont know you are getting exhaust fumes possibly inside the cab if you have a cab tractor, which most are.
there have been people get very sick over this. also it has caused cab fires from the deteriated isulation wrap on the pipe and heating up the
fire wall.
it all comes down to this. a new pipe is available. our dealer keeps them in stock because it is a problem.
the new pipe is deere. 500 canadian bucks so like im guessing 350 usa $$
that is peanuts as far as dollars and cents compaired to making yourself sick from carbon monoxide posioning or burning down your tractor and possibly shed when you park it
after a days work and it burns up in the shed... loosing everything.
i know it sounds expensive but the alternatives are even worse.
im glad the tractors are fixed, and fixed right. it will last another 4000 hours and everything is safe.
just my 2 cents worth.
