4640 quad clutch

friend has a 4640 quad that he says is wickedly jerky when letting clutch out, not real bad when cold but bad when warmed up. new oil and filter .just asking what might be wrong or where to start looking as in relief valves or?

The clutch operating valve on the right side of the clutch housing has 2 springs in it,,one will be broken...

thanks tim I ordered the o rings and two gaskets today any tricks to getting it off ?

It comes off fairly clean and easy, the inner housing will be stuck tight,,use a small chisel or medium size screw driver to wedge it loose,,use this only on the upper area of the valve so you don't chip the valve body,,it would be a good time to change the 2 seals too...look the PTO lever over good,, they warp over time to where the PTO will not stay engaged..that would be #11 in the picture.
