420 Crawler water in oil

Hi. I have a new to me 420 crawler with a model 62 blade. The engine oil turns milky, not terrible just off color. Radiator isn't going down and the oil level doesn't seem to rise. I've heard that these engines are prone to condensation build up and that this could be my problem. Last time I started it, I had a lot of water coming out the exhaust at startup. There is a rain cap on it and it was under cover in a carport. My two old fords are in there and they throw a bit of water out at start up, but not like this. She was worked hard plowing snow earlier this winter, but not much in the last month. Started and moved, but not really worked. Any thoughts?

Cracked head or head gasket. There is chemical or dye test for combustion leaks. If set for long time oil change should cure condensation.

When I first acquired my 420 wheeled tractor, I loosened the crankcase drain plug and drained maybe a cup of water/anti-freeze. I changed oil and found the same thing after sitting for a month or two. Again drained if out of the crankcase, and added some JD radiator stop leak and it has never been a problem since. I think I had a head gasket seeping???

I have replaced a few heads on M and 40 tractors due to cracking in the exhaust ports. Not sure if the 420 has the same head, but I would guess it does. Like others said, crack the drainplug on the oil pan after setting a while, coolant would come out first if that's what it is. Had some just put a little coolant through the crack, and one that dumped the coolant right out of the radiator into the oil pan.
