4440 sway blocks

Looked at my friend 4440 to see how to put sway blocks in wide position. Not like the 30 series. I did not feel holes to turn block to wide position. Ideas?

IIRC 4440 3 pt was designed for Cat ll or Cat lll 3 pt equipment

I guess his is in cat 2 position, but I do not see a way to put in cat 3 position. He wanted to put cat 3 quick hitch on and eliminate side to side sway.

Still haven't heard an answer to this question. Even asked a couple of locals who didn't think they had a 40, only 50 series and above. Don't have a operators manual, but was checking for a friend. Sway blocks do not appear to have holes to turn them sideways as in the 30 series. Thanks for any info!
