Faom filled tires

Has anyone ever tried putting foam in the front tires for an A or 60? I keep getting nusance flats on my front tires and I have enough in repair now to warrant looking at foam. I don't know what I am doing wrong, but it appears little rocks keep cutting small holes in my tires or small thorns from rose bushes keep finding their way into the tubes. Running American Farmer brand which I am not impressed with 6.00-16. Replaced tubes and have added boots. Its almost time for a new tire and they are only 9 years old in a bout 600 hours.

There are a few problems with foam fill tires.
#1 rough ride
#2 you have to cut the tire/tube off the rim or replace the rim and tire etc.
#3 they add a good bit of weight.
#4 it costs a lot of $$ to have them filled as in 2 or 3 times what a new tire costs

Everything Old said and more. I bought a 2510 a couple years ago that had foamed tires. I hated them. I don't know anything about A's or 60's if they are the same front rim as that 2510 you can have mine. I'm in ne Kansas about 30 miles se of Topeka. They are 5.50 x 16's though. They are sitting in an old box car not doing me any good.

for tubeless tires you can't beat tireject. it is truly an awesome product, but I don't believe it can be used in tubes.

I hear you Richard. Im just looking for something different possibly? Have 2 tubes and multiple patches in the tires over the last year. I think repairs are adding up to the same cost as 1 foam job, but not sold that foam is the way to go. I was just checking in with the guys who know.

I understand what your saying I deal with flats all the time. I bet I have at least 3 flats right now just from sitting over the winter. Slime does work well by the way
