Tractor does have a 50 series motor. Tractor runs fine without an implement. When you take it to the field, put the field finisher in the ground, the tractor will want to die. Local John Deere Dealer threw parts at it i guess. New Injection pump, Injectors and turbo... same Issue. My Turn to go look at it i guess. My plan is to rig a clear plastic line from tank to injection pump lift pump and see if im getting air bubbles. I dont have much experience with these tractors, Is there a supply tube that goes down in the tank where supply line hooks to? I looked on JD parts and didnt see anything. Anybody have any advise or experience with this issue? Thank you.

Could be a plugged fuel line coming from the tank to the fuel pump I?ve seen more than one injection pump rebuilt/ replaced when the problem was as simple as plugged fuel line

There's a "dip tube" hanging down into the RH fuel tank and welded to the top of the RH tank through which the "lift pump/transfer pump" draws fuel.

It's possible that the tube has cracked or broken, or some debris has blocked the bottom end of the "dip tube" (wouldn't be the first time this has happened).

I'd start by blowing back the line from the transfer pump to the tank with compressed air.

Sometimes that will relocate the debris and allow thousands of hours of operation before the debris floats back into a troublesome position.

Monitor the fuel pressure that is available to the injection pump fuel gallery, after the transfer pump and filters, can't remember the exact "spec" offhand, but (IIRC) in the 10 psi to 20 psi range.

LOW fuel pressure there, the engine can't deliver power as it's supposed to.

I am thinking there is a steel line from the intercooler/intake manifold to the injection pump. Front of head behind waterpump there is a clamp and have seen the line break there causing your problem.

Your are going in the right direction,, fuel supply seems to be the issue,,but that Anroid line can be a problem too.

If you have an air leak ,should have air in the filters or empty filters .Sounds like the dealer took you for a ride . Do you get any smoke or rough idle ? Definitely check the aneroid line for breaks and worn thru at the clamps .
