John Deere 630 crankcase seal keeps pushing out

I have a 630 John Deere that we have replaced the main crankcase seal behind the clutch twice now. Both times after replacing it has only lasted 3-5 hours and then it starts slinging oil out again. The first time we used a cheap Napa replacement, and the 2nd time we used a John Deere original seal and had it in the oven with heat on it before putting it in. I am wondering if anybody else has had any experience with this problem before. Why is it pushing the seal out? What can we do to fix this? I was told that maybe the crankcase breather tube was plugged so I took that off between the air cleaner and the governor and blew through it and it was not plugged. Any ideas or suggestions?

How loose are the bearings ? Is the seal actually pushed out of the bearing housing ? I thought there was a passage for any oil pressure going past the bearing to return to the crankcase ?
If you have a rubber cased seal or even the ones with the coating on them. Find an all metal one or buff the coating off the coated ones clean it up real good and locktite it into the housing.
Been a long time are there to be two seals in there back to back ?
Is the crank end play set .005 - .010 ?
