I am a newbie to my rockshaft and powertrol on my 630. It hasn?t been operated in several years. I put in fresh oil and started the pump. The rockshaft lever was all the way back and so it raised up just fine. But when I put the rockshaft lever all the way forward it doesn?t go down at all. Do I need to tweak that adjustment screw to see if it will go down, or am I looking at another issue?
Also, is the powertrol lever supposed to move forward at the same time you move the rockshaft lever forward? The shaft both of the levers are on was rusty so I greased it up and moved them back and forth, but the levers still move forward together.
