Have a 68 4020 that has two issues. One is there is a oil leak under oil cooler beside air cleaner. Looks like it's on underneath side of cooler. I have look from bottom side as good as I can, oil seems to be coming down from top. What is best way to get to this. I know there are several lines that go into hyd.pump close to there.
Went on a tractor ride Saturday, noticed that rear end seemed to have a lot of slack in it. Had throttle set at a speed with other tractors. When on a dirt road and had to speed up I would push down on throttle, but road had a few holes in it would sound like rear end was back lashing. There is a front end loader on this tractor, when loading with it, it will have a clink noise when going from forward to reverse. Rear end was tore down about a year ago due to bushing going bad.
Any ideas on what needs to be done to fix some of these issues would be apricated.

Noise may be as simple as loose wheel to rim clamps or axle wedges. Ours has a worn axle wedge I had to replace to get rid of that noise.
Oil leaks on the front of these Deere's can be a challenge. The fan blows it all around too. Have to clean it all up and remove anything in the way you can and still run it for a better look.
