3010 fuel issues

Hi guys i have a early 3010 diesel that the injection pump was just rebuilt and unit is in time had it running last weekend ran good let it sit for a week and it acts as if the fuel has bleed out of the pump hand pump is working and their are no bubbles in the filter have checked the return and it's clear all the way to the tank any ideas

The supply/hand pump may still need replaced, if one or both check valves are not working correctly. Does it make any difference if tank is full? If so, I'd suspect one or both check valves are leaking. There are no check valves in the injection pump to hold fuel in it, the supply pump valves have that job.
