4430 powershift rolls when in park

While haying cows in the dark this morning I noticed my 4430 powershift will roll when I put in park. I did not have time to investigate before having to leave for work. I think it is probably just a broken pin maybe. I've heard of this happening before. If possible, I would like to get the part before going home today.
Can anyone tell me if this is easily accessible and where it is?
What kind / size pin would this be?
Any pictures would be great.

Keep in mind, I'm not much of a mechanic.

Could be a pin. Could be the pawl (broken). Control cable could be sliding at an attaching point. Cable could be broken. Open station or Cab?

Most likely the spring on the out side where the cable attaches.. I am going to try navigating the "New' parts site in a bit I will look for that number for you.

It's a cab.
I don't know what the pawl is or what the cable is for.
Where is the pin located. You cannot give too much info.

the spring is #R41131 $9.37,,,,the pin is #34H314,,,$0.64,,this is on the lower end of the cable on the upper right side of the transmission,,I can't get a pic for you..

myjohndeere.com you have to do a sign in and do a dealer choice, then navigate a "Crooked Road" to find this..

I assumed you used the john deere parts catalog. That's where I found them. But I'm sure they are similar to what you found.

The pawl and pin is under the cab on the right side below the shift/hydraulic control levers. Best to have two people, one in the cab to move the shift lever and you to watch below to see the cable move. Just move the shift lever back and forth from park to neutral. And hopefully you aren't on 30 inch rows. chris

I looked last night and it appears the spring pin fell out. Seems pretty simple. Just get a pin and put it back in.

Can anyone tell me how to get the pin back in?? Is there an easier way? It is a cotter pin that has to be drove in. The spring also pushes against the pin and there isn?t much room around it.

grinding a taper on the end of the pin helps,,it just a nasty place to get into..
