Did some thing change again?? I just fumbled around and got on to my old parts list,,and I can cut and past it,,,I couldn't get there yesterday...

When everyone was complaining the other day I signed on
to the old site and automatically got the new one.
The positive thing I learned is you can look up two cylinder
parts without loading a pdf file. I like that but other
things I don't like. Maybe they will keep improving.
I'm not sure SnapOn is still involved.

I have been wrestling with it,,good or bad I still need to look up parts...but I was glad to see the old parts list any way, including some that I had worked up last week..,I was so comfortable with the old set up..Darn it...

I guess we all have different ideas, but I thought being able to DOWNLOAD the .pdf parts catalogs for the old machines was the best thing since sliced bread.

NONE of that anymore, though, apparently.

Glad you are happy with it!

Bob I don?t know if you can download the catalogs
are on there anymore but they?re still on the parts
site clear back to equipment that doesn?t even have
a Model number

I loged in to the new site, then went to the parts cart and it was the old parts list, like before, and I could check inventory and cut and past like before,,I couldn't do that on Monday...so I still must use the "New" parts look up, but it goes to the old parts cart/list..at least this is a bit better..

I'm only getting the new site:( I really liked the detail drawings on the old site that provided measurements like pin diameters and thread lengths, etc. I don't see any of that on this new site. Plus I used the alphabetic search almost exclusively. That appears to be shot in the dark now.

Yes I agree with you I was doing the same,, I have a dual screen computer, I would some times copy and past the parts picture to the right screen so I could see it better,,now I can't use the picture,,but it seemed that after I loged in I could get the old parts cart/list and then click on the green part number and still get the specs, plus I could cut and past that list,,but it seems that you must login first before you shop for a part number,, I am sure we will get this sorted out eventually,, but it sure is A "PINTA" now....

Some parts spec's are listed on new parts site but one has to look for them.

Are you aware that you can enter a part in ones shopping cart then left click on part number in cart to reveal parts specifications if spec's are listed by JD. Although not all parts have spec's shown.

I believe it is, when Parts Advisor loads at work it momentarily shows Snap-On business, somethin or the rather. Also we still have to have EPC installed which seems to be snap-on related also. Otherwise not 100% sure.

Well, last night i tried chasing down some old leads and links, i thought i had one or two that would at least allow me to download parts manuals, but even now those are gone, quite awhile back i was downloading all the parts manuals i could, i wish i would have done some newer tractors cause i never really thought i would need them.

even now, you cant down load the parts manuals for free on the 2 cylinders, you gotta pay now, and what p_isses me off more is that you can order them as a cd, a book, or a DOWNLOAD and they still want 50 bucks for a DOWNLOAD and want the same prices for the cd.........
