I have a 1980 JD 302 industrial. I have had some hydraulic issues and I finally figured out when the 3-point hitch is up I have no power to my bucket when my three point hitch is all the way down the bucket has maximum power does anyone know what I should look at I have the manuals is there a valve or something that needs to be checked

With 3 pt raised engine operating at 190°F look in hyd filler hole behind seat for moving oil. If you see moving oil that indicates leaking 3 pt control valve leaking seals which to correct problem rockshaft housing R&R to replace seals.
