How many horsepower does it take to run a 696 snowblower

.

300HP won’t blow the snow any faster once the fan is full . The most common problem is too fast of a reverse gear and lugging the engine down . by packing snow in hard around the 1st Stage Cross Auger while pushing into a snowball .
When cutting through large drifts my 55HP tractor doesn't even lug down . However it’s only taking a 12-18” wide cut but the auger is full . and starting to spill snow from the cleared side of the blower .

That?s probably true but a 70 horsepower tractor
isn?t going to run a snowblower that requires 150
