John deere 2020 hydraulic line knock

Have a old 2020 gas, no loader. No power steering. Lines have a "knock" especially if the tractor is warmed up and the lift is halfway up. Would the check valve in the line cause this? Hydraulic brakes are tight at idle now but have travel when rpms are cranked up other than that everything else is normal with the hydraulics. I've owned this tractor 14 years and it's never done this.
 
Sounds like cavitation have you changed the
hydraulic filters lately and cleaned the screen in the
transmission if there is one
 
Coupler is good already checked it,
filters have been changed with new
fluid roughly 500 hours ago, I plan to
drain all hydraulic fluid and pull the
screen out the pump, and check the
filters today, I know one of the lines
has a check valve in it I plan to
check today as well. I was curious if
that could cause the knock.every time
I've changed the filters on this
tractor I've never actually had a
dirty one, I generally change
everything once a year or once every 2
years depending on how much I've used
it.
 
Update, did a fluid and filter change,
pulled the trans screen clean as if it
was new, pulled the screen out the
main hydraulic pump it was clean few
specks here and there but clean. Has
to replace one of the wads for it, was
a piece missing. No change, the high
pressure line is the one knocking I
feel pretty sure, knocks the whole
length, I disconnected the main
hydraulic pump left the lift half way
up no knocking. Any guesses?
 
Fluid filter change I updated the post. Knock is coming out the high pressure line traveling the whole line if I disconect the main pump knock goes away.
 

Any way to measure both flow and pressure at the SCV ? Better to know instead of guessing about the front pump.
Has supply flow to the front pump from the transmission been tested ?
