J D 2355 has good oil flow out valves, but does not register pressure. Any thoughts ?

Good oil flow out of which valves? Do you know GPM flow? It's possible stroke control valve in frt pump isn't seating properly due to some some foreign object. Does your tractor have a destroking screw on top of frt pump?

Measuring pressure where and with what ? What is the standby pressure ? Measuring form a SCV or from an auxiliary valve(s).
