Oil leak at brakes JD 48' B

Oil leaking from brakes. Any suggestions.

Maybe check the trans to see if it is
over full. That will cause a leak at
the brakes.

Rear end overfull of oil?

Oil return hole in brake "housing" blocked? (Or, does it just have a hole at the top, I can't remember?)

To much end play in the brake drum shaft
or worn bushings.

I did change the oil, maybe over full, will check. I do see an oil hole but think it is on top, double check that one. When removed shaft feels tight in bushings and no obvious wear on shaft and bushings. Has a seal ever been installed on this shaft?

One hole to the front and one on the bottom. Leak was detected after pulling tour wagon (lots of higher speed). Oil level is at top of fill plug.
